Und was sagt Hege Ingebrigtsen zum Schlittenhunde - Renn - Wochenende in Hamar?
Sie hat uns Montagnacht eine Mail geschickt:
"... I have been training for 8 dog, but on the race on Hamar it was only two 8 dog teams signed up, that is why I switched to 6 and open. I have been thinking a little bit on going to open class, but it happened a little faster then I had decided.
My dogs were not proper prepared for open at this moment, but now I will put some more distance in them so I can go in 6 and open class ...
Then maybe they have the stamina to do a good race for two days
I just want to enter classes with a lot of teams, and not be the only one in 8 dog
Yesterday I did a mistake and had to change leaders early in the race, I lost a lot of time and had a difficult race. Still I am very satisfied with my dogs and they proved to me that they could do this distance also.
It was a fun experience.
In Hamar 2011 I hope it will be possible to do 8 dog in Holmenkollen one weekend and then 6 & (ore) open the next weekend.
That would be fun ...

Übrigens, wenn man sich die Blogs der norwegischen Musher anschaut, fällt einem auf, dass die sich gegeseitig zum Rennergebnis beglückwünschen ... nachahmenswert!
