Our dogs did real well at ONAC and we did not do anything different from what we had done for the Rondy race in Anchorage. But there has been a bad virus among sled dog kennels all winter and our guess is it that our dogs got it just before Rondy. They did not show any sickness before the race but almost every dog in the team was sick the week after.
We are feeding Momentum Dog food from Dr Tim and its a super good food. Actually the best dry food we ever have feed our dogs.
Well, we just have to come back for Rondy next year. If you have the chance, come and see it live, very fun.
