"
Milos Gonda has been 10 minutes faster than
(Radek) Havrda on that first part of the last stage. 73 kilometers on a perfect trail, hard and fast, and finaly a temperature of -5°C? Under the full moon, for the first time in 7 years, the mushers have run around the mont-cenis lake at night. A perfect run.
Perfect for Milos who is now in perfect situation to win his first LGO. But let's not forget to fast, Radek who has shown in the past that he's able to struggle hard when it is needed."

Milos Gonda: La Grande Odyssee - Blog Thanks to
Gaynor for her brilliant job! Not only with the dogs, but also for the authentic information about the race.
Good Luck! And maybe we'll have a new La Grande Odyssee - Champion soon. And a new Rookie of the year ...
Last stage is TODAY. The race starts at 7.30am and the teams should cross the line around 10am/10.30am.
